  • Pulse

    Motherhood takes strength—and Pulse is where you build it. Move with the beat and feel your strength. This high-energy, low-impact class creates muscle, endurance, and confidence. With a focus on core and pelvic floor connection, you’ll sculpt, reduce pain, and find the everyday power you need for your bump or wrestle your toddler into the carseat. Safe, empowering, and tailored to all stages of pregnancy, postpartum, or your ovulatory phase! This is your time to feel strong, vibrant, and unstoppable.

  • Nest

    Relax, restore, and reconnect with Nest— a gentle, restorative yoga class. Perfect for when your body and mind need more nurturing than pushing like in late pregnancy, postpartum, or your menstrual phase. With supportive props, calming breathwork, you’ll release tension, ease stress, and get a moment to yourself. Fill your cup so you can show up with ease, energy, and presence in motherhood. No pressure, no performance—just a chance to come home to yourself.

  • Surge

    Think of Surge as uplifting vinyasa yoga…but designed differently. Traditional vinyasa uses transitions like planks, belly-down postures, and deep backbends that can overload your lumbar spine, core and pelvic floor during pregnancy and postpartum when those muscles are vulnerable. Sync movement with breath, ebb and flow with your own surge of energy.

    All are welcome and modifications will be offered to meet your body where it is each week. Recommended for the follicular phase of your cycle.

  • Barre

    A hybrid of yoga, ballet precision, and pilates. Barre supports your body by building strength and stability while honoring your need for more grounding, sustainable movement. High reps with light weights and other props deliver minimum impact without draining your already-lower energy reserves. Perfect for all four trimesters and the luteal phase.
