Led by prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist Megan Tillman, our classes blend strength, mobility, breathwork, and mindfulness against the backdrop of Ocean City's beautiful shoreline.

Our beach yoga and pilates classes are thoughtfully curated with pregnancy and postpartum needs in mind, making them a supportive option for expecting and new moms. At the same time, every class is open to women in all seasons of life.

Whether you're looking for an hour to yourself while on vacation, a local fitness community, or simply a refreshing way to start your day, we’ve got you.

We provide cold lavender towels at the end of each class and Bala Booty Bands for Pilates and Pulse style classes. Blocks may be available while supplies last.

Please bring a beach towel to practice on and water to stay hydrated.
